Tie Dyed Birthday

Another Sister #3 request.  This is what I call an odds and ends card.  It used leftover tie dyed paper and odds and ends of trim.  You may be able to see a little shimmer – that is from some Glimmer Mist sprayed on for more color depth.

I am keen on using up odds and ends.  Not only because it doesn’t cost anything (which keeps hubby very happy), but because it makes room for new stuff (don’t tell hubby!).
